About your instructor:

Brittney’s work is the culmination of nearly two decades of serving families and individuals through lactation support, birth work, and integrative bodywork. With nearly 2 decades as a lactation professional, doula, apprentice midwife, and childbirth educator, and 12 years as a Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Release therapist, she brings a rare, interdisciplinary perspective to her practice and teaching. Her work is shaped by thousands of client encounters across all ages and stages of life, giving her a deeply informed, big-picture understanding of the human experience.

At the heart of Brittney’s teaching is the belief that effective bodywork begins with safety, connection, and presence. Techniques matter, and she loves the challenge of solving complex cases, but she teaches from the truth that healing happens most powerfully when a person feels seen, understood, and valued. Her approach blends clinical skill with attunement, curiosity, and an ability to illuminate underlying patterns that may otherwise remain unseen.

Brittney’s expertise lies at the intersection of lactation, bodywork, and interdisciplinary collaboration. She is recognized for her contributions to tongue-tie rehabilitation and for developing integrative protocols that significantly support breast/chestfeeding outcomes. She teaches providers across the country, including dentists, lactation professionals, medical providers, and bodyworkers, how to assess within their scope, treat effectively, and collaborate in rehabilitating the tongue-tied infant and supporting the family as a whole.

Based in Minnesota, Brittney practices across three clinic locations, bringing together CST/MFR therapists, physical therapists, doulas, lactation professionals, midwives, nurse practitioners, and other healing specialists in one unified space. Her teaching extends beyond her local community, as she regularly travels to support professional teams seeking to deepen their understanding of integrative care and body-based healing.

In all aspects of her work, Brittney is committed to fostering environments where people, clients and students alike, can learn, unwind, and experience meaningful transformation. Her goal is for every student to leave her trainings inspired, confident, and grounded in both skill and humanity.
